Accra, Ghana — The Ghana Real Estate Professionals Association (GREPA) has received a multi-year grant from the ARELLO Foundation to support licensing education, regulatory compliance, and consumer protection initiatives in Ghana’s real estate sector.

The grant will fund a three-year nationwide program (2026–2028) aimed at strengthening the implementation of Ghana’s Real Estate Agency Act, 2020 (Act 1047). Key areas of focus include REAC-aligned licensing education, brokerage compliance training, enforcement support, public awareness campaigns, and the expansion of a digital regulatory learning platform.

Accra, Ghana — January 7, 2026 — The ACME Institute of Real Estate has received official accreditation from the Real Estate Agency Council (REAC) under the Real Estate Agency Act, 2020 (Act 1047).

The accreditation authorizes ACME to offer REAC-approved training programs for Real Estate Salespersons, Brokers, and Continuing Professional Development (CPD) courses in Ghana.

Mrs. Victoria Osei Sampah, Founder & CEO of ACME Institute of Real Estate, described the accreditation as a major step toward strengthening professionalism, ethics, and regulatory compliance within Ghana’s real estate industry.

As the education and training arm of GREPA, ACME aims to support industry standards, consumer protection, and practitioner competence through structured, REAC-compliant education.

Speaking during engagements in the Sekondi–Takoradi Metropolis, GREPA Founder and CEO, Victoria Osei Sampah, emphasized the importance of professionalism, transparency, and continuous professional development as Ghana’s real estate market continues to grow.

The outreach also highlighted training opportunities through the ACME Institute of Real Estate and the importance of technology adoption through the Loop Ghana MLS platform, which promotes verified property listings and market transparency.
Accra, Ghana — GREPA, in partnership with ACME Institute of Real Estate and under REAC (Act 1047), held a 4-day pre-license training from Dec 1–4, 2025 to prepare participants for real estate licensing and compliance.

The program covered ethics, agency practice, documentation, fraud prevention, listing standards, dispute resolution, and regulatory reporting, alongside an introduction to REAC’s licensing requirements and digital compliance systems.

A key highlight was the first-ever CCIM “Introduction to Commercial Real Estate” training in Ghana, introducing participants to investment concepts such as NOI, cap rates, lease structures, and market analysis tools.

REAC also presented its licensing framework, including registration, compliance monitoring, AML requirements, inspections, and reporting obligations.

GREPA CEO Lady Vicky Sampah has called for urgent action against galamsey, warning that illegal mining continues to destroy Ghana’s environment, water bodies, forests, and agriculture.

She referenced concerns raised in a 2013 presentation on environmental sustainability, noting that earlier warnings about deforestation and unregulated mining have worsened over time.
