Instructors and Facilitators


Vicky is the CEO of Abri Consult and Founder of GREPA, As lead instructor, she engineers, plans and mobilizes resources for all educational programs within the organization.
She is licensed in the State of Illinois, experienced in Residential, Commercial, Relocation, and International Consultancy Services.
Vicky is a member of Main Street Association of Realtors, 
She is passionate about education and the inclusion of Africa. She led the research, planning, development and implementation of the first Multiple Listing Service in Africa. She will be spending her spare time virtually supporting training programs with the MLS team in Ghana. 
Her certifications and designations in real estate include 
She currently works full time in Corporate Real Estate and will spend her free time with online education to GREPA members
She is Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and Agile Scrum Master Certified. 


Prior to joining RIISnet, Mark Polon served at the corporate level as Senior Executive Vice President for Prudential CRES a national commercial real estate franchise system and as Vice President of Coldwell Banker Commercial Real Estate. Mark Polon, CCIM

Mark is a senior instructor for the CCIM education program delivering courses on real estate investment analysis. He is the recipient of the 1997, 1999, and 2000 People’s Choice Award, and the 1998 and 2005 CI 101 Instructor of the Year Award as granted.

Mark is a graduate of UCLA where he majored in Political Science. He did his graduate work at the University of Massachusetts in Education and Psychology.


                          BILL ENDSLEY

William Endsley is the Principal Consultant for World Citizen Consulting and has over fifteen years experience in developing international market strategy. He has traveled throughout the Americas, Asia, Europe and North Africa working to develop professionals in the finance and real estate sector as a means for broader economic development and global security. He is an Adjunct Professor at Georgetown University and has guest lectured at Johns Hopkins and George Washington University. He previously served as the Director of International Relations for the Appraisal Institute where he directed the organization’s entry into China, Germany, Korea and Turkey.

                              MAURICE HAMPTON

MAURICE L. HAMPTON is Managing Broker and CEO of Centered International Realty Corporation.
He also holds an AHWD, ABR, BPOR, CIPS, RENE, PSA e-Pro, MRP, RSPS, and SRS certifications and designations.
As Managing Broker and CEO of Centered International Realty Corporation, Maurice is experienced in property investments, 
management, analysis of property values, contract negotiations and sales.

His expertise in utilizing digital tools for professional and strategic relationship development are best demonstrated in his technical use of mobile apps and crowd sourced data for leverage in the industry.
Maurice is a native Chicagoan rooted by values of diversity and community.
He taught the first class in Ghana to take the ABR and e-Pro class in 2018


Mr.  George Ansong is the consummate entrepreneur. His background is Business Start up, Real Estate Investment, Consulting, and Coaching.  He has managed businesses in the corporate environment and has also started businesses in the private sector. He has also consulted with businesses on strategy and tactics. He has also been a mentor/coach to a number of real estate investors over the years. He has also been involved in a number of business start-ups. He has also bought and sold a number of businesses over the years as an entrepreneur.

Mr.  Ansong is a former adjunct instructor in Real Estate Investment and Management at area colleges including Kennesaw State University Continuing Education Department. He also taught Business Management courses at area colleges, including Perimeter College and Chattahoochee Technical College. Mr. Ansong wrote all the instructional manuals as an adjunct instructor at the colleges. To date he has written about twelve Instructional manuals on Real Estate and Business courses.  He is also a passionate and seasoned speaker on real estate investment topics and business strategy.

Mr. Ansong attended Baruch M. College of the City University of New York with a degree in Finance and marketing. He also completed a two year management training certificate course in operation management with a very reputable company in the US where he managed a multi-million dollar facility.


The EFTY GROUP is currently managing and selling REO assets in Chicagoland area for financial institutions.
EFTY is the managing broker of 
Efty Group. They are well versed in the entire REO process from the initial occupancy check, BPOs, CFKS, EVICTIONS to a successful closing in a timely manner.
He is committed to the disposition of financial institutions NON- PERFORMING ASSETS.
His team has worked with Titanium, Integrated Asset Services, Citi-Mortgage, US Bank, ServiceLink, Boa, American asset 
mgt and USRES.

                       DAVID SAKYI

David is a Photographer and Audio-visual Production Director, a Speaker, Talk Show Host, Life and Personal Development Coach, Minister, Voice Over Artist, Photographer and Entrepreneur. Kwaku David as he is also known, has always sought to impact his immediate community and spread his influence further afield, through motivational speaking.

                          THOMAS CARDMAN

Mr. Cardman is a licensed engineer in the Commonwealth of Virginia and consults as the director of operations and finance for a private real estate development firm in the Washington, DC metro region. He also works for a national engineering consulting services firm specializing in deal administration, analysis, and underwriting, capital stack structuring, equity raising, and project optimization for the development of large scale commercial and private residential developments throughout the region. Michael earned his Master of Professional Studies degree in Real Estate Finance from Georgetown University and hisBachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Virginia Tech.


Kasim is an Assistant Lecturer at Department of Estate Management under the Faculty of Built and Natural Environment, Kumasi Technical University.  He holds a master's degree in Real Estate, a bachelor's  degree in Business Administration (Management option), a Higher National Diploma in Estate Management and a certificate in Foundations for Success in Commercial Real Estate. Kasim has over 10 years experience in real estate education in a developing country. His areas of interest in terms of research include: facilities/property management, real estate brokerage, real estate investment, feasibility studies for property development, real estate taxation, urban affordable housing issues, sustainability in real estate.
