GREPA is the first real estate professionals association to be formed in West Africa, GREPA is also the first real estate organization to introduce a multiple listing service  (MLS) in the whole of Africa, a modern data aggregation system that advertise properties of GREPA members and syndicate them onto several other global platforms for world wide marketing coverage.

order to protect the property rights, we promote industry regulations, GREPA is constantly advocating for reforms and legislation to sanitize the real estate & housing sector, the association is committed to monitoring all of the issues affecting real estate industry which can have an adverse impact on the economy and business development. GREPA worked extensively with parliament of Ghana on the formulation of the real estate and housing bill, we continue to advocate for industry reforms by pushing for the appointment of an industry regulator or the establishment of an industry regulatory body, GREPA therefore gives members a platform to advocate for the collective good and shared interest which ultimately goes to benefit the nation's economy and improve the standard of life of our people. GREPA is a recognized direct national stakeholder for many state institutions and agencies, this means our members  can have direct  audience with the administrative officials and policy makers  to voice their concerns and viewpoints.

Education/Training Programs

GREPA has a flagship training program, Ghana Real Estate Educational Series  (GREES) which brings qualified international real estate tutors and industry experts/consultants to teach or train it's members on modern trends, professional ethics, negotiations, appraisal, marketing, mediation, arbitration etc. The GREES courses as run by GREPA ends with the issuance of  international certification for participating members.

GREPA has developed and maintained strong ties with other national real estate associations like Ghana Real Estate Developers Association  (GREDA) and Center for Real Estate and Social Housing (CRESH), the bond and working relationship created is to ensure continuity and to avoid duplication of achievement and efforts in the industry, GREPA is very well positioned to work together in harmony with any group that observes the mutual respect and extends it in reciprocity.

technical assistance for different services. Our staff is properly trained to help out our members in any issue. Moreover, GREPA handles membership dispute with mediation and arbitration, we have volunteers who also become an integral part of GREPA by working on our initiatives to acquire knowledge and experience.

GREPA shares the entire NAR’s REALTOR Benefits® Program with our official members, these benefits include marketing resources like brochure templates, sale or lease contracts, rental application and property data input forms, all these together with many others are special offers just for REALTORS®. Continuous updates regarding meetings, events, and any other real-estate programs or initiatives are published to keep members informed and up to date. Our members receive information in  advance about the numerous events that are planned and especially for them.
