Accra, Ghana — January 7th 2026 — The ACME Institute of Real Estate has been officially granted accreditation by the Real Estate Agency Council (REAC) under the Real Estate Agency Act, 2020 (Act 1047), marking a major milestone in Ghana’s ongoing efforts to professionalize and regulate the real estate industry.
The accreditation authorizes ACME Institute of Real Estate to deliver REAC-approved real estate education, licensing, and professional development programs, including qualifying programs for Real Estate Salespersons, Real Estate Brokers, and Continuing Professional Development (CPD), in full compliance with national regulatory standards.
Commenting on the accreditation, Mrs Victoria Osei Sampah, Founder & Chief Executive Officer of ACME Institute of Real Estate, said:
“This accreditation is a defining moment for real estate education in Ghana. It reflects our long-standing commitment to professionalism, regulatory compliance, and capacity building. At ACME, we are not just training agents and brokers—we are shaping a disciplined, ethical, and globally competitive real estate workforce that aligns with Ghana’s national development goals.”
She further emphasized the broader industry impact of the accreditation, adding:
“REAC’s accreditation framework is essential to restoring trust, structure, and accountability in the real estate sector. As the education arm of the Ghana Real Estate Professionals Association (GREPA), ACME is uniquely positioned to translate regulatory standards into practical, high-quality education that equips practitioners to operate responsibly, protect consumers, and elevate the reputation of Ghana’s real estate industry locally and internationally.”
